At Vrihiraj, rice is chosen with care, not assumptions. Every crop is sampled, processed, and cooked before approval because rice can only be judged when it is eaten. Taste, texture, aroma, and grain behaviour decide what qualifies as Vrihiraj rice, not labels or promises. If it doesn’t cook the way we would serve our own family, it doesn’t move forward.

Once selected, the paddy is naturally aged for 12 months, allowing the grain to mature without artificial intervention. Natural ageing enhances aroma, creates fluffy non sticky rice, and makes it easier to digest. This patient process ensures consistent cooking results and a cleaner, more balanced taste in every meal.

Vrihiraj produces raw rice that is gently milled without steaming or boiling, preserving the grain’s natural structure and nutrients. While heavily polished rice may look whiter, our rice cooks better, absorbs flavours naturally, and feels lighter on the stomach.
