Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, we offer replacements or refunds under special conditions.
✔ Eligible for Refund/Replacement
We will replace or refund your order if:
• You received a damaged or spoiled product
• You received the wrong product
• Your order was lost in transit
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos as proof.
✘ Not Eligible for Return
• Opened or partially used products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Orders placed with incorrect delivery information
• Taste preference or personal dislike
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
